Kaal Sarp Yog

Kaal Sarp Yog, is an arrangement of planets in such a way that they all lie on one side of the line joining Rahu, (dragon’s head) and Ketu, (dragon’s tail) in the horoscope. The horoscope is spread over 360 degrees, and Rahu and Ketu are two points, not planets that are 180 degrees away from each other, so opposite to each other.

People having this Kaal Sarp have an imbalanced horoscope. In the sense that they have great fulfillment is certain aspects of their life, and certain aspects are totally lacking. Many famous personalities have this yog , eg. Pandit Nehru, Vallabhbhai Patel, Lata Mangeshkar, and the great Yogi, Swami Samarth.

Kaal Sarp Yog brings about many instances in the life of a person where the saying,’ there is many a slip between the cup and lip’ proves to be true. Opportunities that are almost certain to materialize get snatched away at the last minute. Another characteristic is that life is like a game of snakes and ladders. There are many ups, where the person feels he is on the top of the world, but no sooner circumstances change so dramatically that he finds himself below, even lower than from where he had started.

Most situations are such that big opportunities are just a bit above reach, and he tries hard in vain to reach them.Kalasarpa means, that there are debts of the past life to be repaid in this life. So people with Kalasarpa most of the time are in a position where they have to take loans and find their burden very difficult to bear. They just cannot escape from loans.

A word of caution here. People with Kalasarpa should never try to avoid repayment. Even if they have to sell off all their belongings it is worth it, as their life will they start to make genuine progress.One-half of the life span may be very difficult, like the first 36 years of life or the later part.

As mythology goes, Rahu and Ketu can only be under control of Lord Shiva. So the mantra,’Om Namah Shivay’ and Abhishek and Uapasana done for Lord Shiva, will be fruitful. The upay for this is only one. Travel to Trimbakeshwar in Nashik, Maharashtra, India, and perform the ‘Kala sarpa Nivaran Vidhi’, and Mahajaap and yaag of Rahu and Ketu.

To maintain the benefit of this pooja, the following upayas are useful

2. The most important and effective thing to do is to feed stray dogs daily. Make sure that they eat the food given.
